In spite of the vast amount of interest we have had in this training over the last few years, Aimee has made a conscious and intentional choice to avoid this school becoming just another machine, cycling hundreds if not thousands of students a year through a training treadmill. Our Self Study Standard Track allows vital accessibility at an affordable rate, but our Exclusive Track allows for something else entirely - something not offered by any other market equivalent.

Aimee doesn't want you to be an anonymous unknown face on a zoom call. She wants to know you, journey alongside you, help you heal and flourish, and personally support you to become the best practitioner you can be. To make this possible she now takes only one or two very small live online training groups a year, and works exclusively with those trainees. We receive about 100 applications per cohort and have room for only around 20 fully committed individuals.

Mentoring was the way of old, learning directly from and with a skilled other. Modern training has too often lost its humanity and its intimacy. This training is different. We seek to offer some of the most up to date evidence based approaches to therapeutic healing, in a way that is rarely offered in our mechanistic consumeristic paradigm. This training is for those willing and able to take a deep dive, those with sensitivity but resilience, those looking for a community of fellow seekers, healers and peers, those looking for another way, a way that is truly trauma informed, holistic, soulful and somatic in its orientation, without becoming fluffy or confused in its approach. It is important for applicants to understand that although this path supports the potential for a deep personal journey, it is first and foremost a training. As such, although the format and structure of the exclusive track offers a degree of support for that process, some may find it necessary or beneficial to seek additional/outside therapeutic support throughout. It is preferable to have had prior therapeutic process and we recommended checking out our YouTube Channel to view excerpts from the training and samples of Aimee teaching to get a feel for whether or not she and her teaching style could be a good fit for you.

Please note that we already have a wait list of applicants for the 2025 exclusive track training with Aimee, which we plan to run from September. Interviews will take place in March and June. We expect around 100 applications for around 20 placements. If you join one of our Exclusive Track Cohorts you you spend a whole year working closely with Aimee personally. We use the same core curriculum and digital content library month on month, supplemented by:

Monthly 4 hour Live Zoom Sessions with Aimee including expanded teaching and explorations of the module content, live demos, group discussions and student led open Q and A (generally held on the first Saturday or Sunday of any month.) These sessions are focused on the professional and formal learning learning. Attendence at lives is obligatory although grace is extended to miss up to two thorughout the course of the year - recording provided in such instance.

Fortnightly Group Therapy held by Aimee and her in house team providing opportunity to focus exclusively on the personal process that unfolds over the course of the year. Group offers many multi-faceted learning benefits, but also the chance to foster community, connection and relational healing. Group is held on alternate Thursday evenings for 90 minutes from 18.30 UK time. General attendence at Group is obligatory throughout the training although it is understood that occassional sessions may be missed for a variance of reasons.

Those who attend this training track gain the right to book occasional (every month or two) private one to ones with Aimee for personal support or professional supervision throughout the duration of the training and beyond. These sessions are booked at additional cost, but are not a resource open to the general public or self study students. Exclusive Track students can also, at additional cost, chose to work therapeutically with a member of the team, trained by Aimee should they want or need additional therapeutic support or desire to be held in a process that is congruent with the way they are training.

Aimee and the school are growing a small and tightknit closed community. As students come through the school via the Exclusive Track they are welcome to connect with this circle of like minded peers and practitioners via closed in house sessions and free access to our private community platform.

Meaningful friendships and connections are being made through the training and wider community, making the personal journey more joyful and the professional one less isolated - you end up with many peers to consult, seek support from, and make referrals too!

Aimee holds private sessions for the internal community throughout the year and for those who want to stay connected with the school long term including:

Group Supervision, Community Online Gatherings, Guided Meditations, Therapeutic Masterclasses and more. (These individual sessions are booked and charged separately from the training itself)

Exclusive Track students will also receive invitation and opportunity to attend to future private events, UK workshops and in person retreat intensives and pilgrimages all over the world with Aimee - these offerings are not open to the general public or Self-Study Students.

Although it can be important to open some spaces to all, the internal community is designed to foster a safe space that supports a depth of practice through shared experience and relational ease.

Furthermore, when we have all trained and journeyed to a similar depth, when we are all resourced and emotionally equipped, when we are familiar to one another, it becomes safer to journey further, go deeper, and adventure together in all kinds of ways that open spaces cannot permit or support.

Not only does the Exclusive Track offer our comprehensive syllabus comprising of around 100 hours of video based learning (2 hours a week throughout the year on average) supplemented by a high number of contact hours and expanded learning and journey with Aimee personally - it also offers a more practical, interactive and embodied experience.

This training track wont require you to engage in endless essay writing or homework submissions, but it will ask you to dig deep and engage with personal explorations during certain modules.

You will be required engage in peer practice throughout the training equating to an additional 2-4 hours a month depending on the module. These hours are arranged between peers at your own convenience.

Throughout the duration of any Exclusive Track training Aimee always invites in one or two of her esteemed colleagues to offer special live guest teaching and supplementary workshops (held within Live or Group hours). Examples of guests are Tanya Forgan on "Inclusivity and Privilege", Gary Horner on "Liberating the Voice", and Sounds True Author Dr Miles Neale on "The Hero's Journey and Care of The Soul in Therapeutic Settings".

Extensive Bonus Workshops including "An Introduction to Ayurveda" and "Preparation For and "Integration of, Psychedelic Experience in Therapeutic Settings" are included in your learning library free of charge.

The Exclusive Track Training naturally certifies you at a higher level than our Self Study Standard track due to its immersive and experiential components and the direct oversite, mentoring and tutelage of Aimee - making this a level 4 equivalent training. Upon successful certification you will be able to register with the ACCPH at a higher level than standard Self-Study track offers.

To take our Exclusive Track and train in a very intimate group of just 20 or so liked minded peers with Aimee personally, will require those offered a placement to also make a one time payment of £1295 at time of booking (or 3 payments of £495 prior to training) - akin to purchasing access to the Self Study Library.

Then, throughout the duration of your year's training with Aimee an additional monthly charge of £295 supports access to all your Exclusive Track extras including your monthly 4 hour live sessions with Aimee, fortnightly Group, peer practices, access to our closed community, and everything else detailed more thoroughly above. The Exclusive Track offers you double the training hours bringing you in at 250 certified hours, a Level 4 equivalent certification, a higher level of accreditation with the ACCPH and the opportunity to foster a personal relationship with a skilled and experienced mentor and a community of peers.
