Although there are a number of practitioner trainings coming to market offering the basics of nervous system regulation and trauma processing, here at ISOHH© our training is the first and only of its kind to accompany these powerful and vital teachings and techniques, with the core trauma informed, relational, and somatically oriented counselling and therapeutic skills that create the real flesh and nuance of safe, skilled healing work.
Our Online Counselling Certificate will allow you to seek insurance as a counsellor post-certification as well as split the cost and manage your own time.

Aimee Rai
Aimee Rai is the founder and director of ISOHH© and creator of Medicinal Movement™. As an integrative therapist and movement and meditation teacher specialising in trauma and somatics, Aimee sees the acute individual and collective need for a more trauma informed and holistic approach to healing, wellbeing and spiritual practice. She is known by her students and clients as being a warm, wise and dynamic teacher and therapist.

We are delighted to soon be offering a trauma informed micro-dosing coaching certificate course with a focus on psilocybin with the wonderful Naomi Tolson - "The Psychedelic Doula" - trained with the prestigious Microdosing Institute in Amsterdam. As a certified trauma informed somatic counsellor and microdosing coach and specialist, Naomi offers this course in the spirit of harm reduction and supporting therapeutic professionals to more safely and confidently hold space for clients who are independently engaged with or seeking out micro-dosing protocols. Neither Naomi nor the school directly support or encourage the use of psychedelics acknowledging that they are still classed as an illegal substance in the UK and EU. Our only desire is to support safe client experience.
